The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client. The Project Management Office (PMO) for I&A enables and assures the optimal quality and governance of programmes/projects by the implementation, monitoring and improvement of the relevant program and project framework, standards and best practices. The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within the area Identity & Access Management (IAM) is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions: Joiners, Movers, Leavers. These provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized and compliant process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual. Responsibilities
- Financial and resource planning, forecasting and status tracking across the I&A projects, ensuring spend optimization within approved budgets and providing feedback for deviations.
- Headcount governance for the domain including position management for internal and external staff, managing perm hiring and backfills.
- Managing end-to-end vendor engagement and support for contract management.
- Actively driving the order management. Submission and managing orders incl. invoice review and conciliation.
- Support for the Programme/Project Manager (meeting minutes, follow-up, etc.), managing multiple ad-hoc and short timeframe requests.
SKILLS
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred.
- 5-8+ years of experience in project management/PMO practices within banking or financial services, or in a complex and international organization.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, headcount management, contracting and strategic forecasting. Experience in process optimization supporting multiple teams across geographies.
- High level of initiative, structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working as well as strong ability to prioritize. Open to learn and work in new dimensions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; resilient and adaptable in complex, dynamic environments.
- Proficient English language skills (written/verbal), high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Workday, Clarity, SAP Ariba is an advantage.
