Lead Murex BO System Analyst

Our Customer is a Leading bank in Asia that provides a front to back integrated platform for straight through processing and risk management. This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs and regulatory compliances. We will have key roles in projects such as managing the scope, design and delivering requirements from front to back office with Luxoft. We are looking for talented and ambitious people. The roles are in the respective Functional, Test Management, Development, Test Support, Environment Management and Release teams. These units will collectively undertake scoping, design, building, testing and implementation phases to deliver the variety program milestones. Opportunities are across Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and various other locations. Bank is looking for an experienced consultant to support the bank's treasury division for the business in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
• Design and execute test cases for trade lifecycle events and accounting processes.
• Support SIT/UAT phases and assist in obtaining user sign-offs.
• Document functional flows, test results, and provide post-implementation support.
• Assist in analyzing downstream systems and reporting interfaces.
• You will be involved in requirement analysis, functional specification, and test case preparation for Murex and its downstream interfaces.
• You are expected to support SIT/UAT phases, ensure proper documentation, and assist in transitioning solutions to production teams.
• You will work closely with developers and architects to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and system integration standards.
• You will support downstream data flows from Murex to data warehouses and regulatory reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial data

SKILLS

Must have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with Murex 3.1 Back Office, including trade event processing and MxML workflows.
• Murex Modules: Back office, Trade Event Management, OSP, MxML
• Technical Tools: SQL (data analysis), Excel
• Domain Expertise: Trade lifecycle, Confirmations & Payments, SWIFT, MX & MT messages, CLS.

Nice to have

• Experience in a financial institution • Domain Expertise: Regulatory reporting.
