Insurance Business Analyst with AI and Agile/Scrum

Together with the customer, we deliver top performance! For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Insurance background We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts with a strong voice who are comfortable challenging experienced Product Owners and driving process automation. Exposure to GenAI solutions and a background in Insurance or Financial Services are essential.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Refinement: Lead end-to-end discovery, run requirement-gathering workshops, write user stories/cases, and ensure stories are "play ready" for developers in line with backlog needs.
• Agile Discipline & Challenge: Act as a strong voice within the team to challenge experienced Product Owners, help course-correct poor practices, and maintain strict Scrum/Agile discipline.
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage full requirements traceability through testing, delivery, and adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Process Mapping & Automation: Map and challenge Financial Services customer journeys, conduct gap analysis, and facilitate process guide updates and automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships across internal project teams and external business stakeholders across various business units.

SKILLS

Must have

• Required Skills & Experience:
• Background in Financial Services / Insurance (General Insurance, Protection Claims, or Wealth).
• Agile & JIRA Expertise: Competent JIRA user with hands-on Scrum/Agile experience.
• GenAI & Automation: Hands-on exposure to or familiarity with GenAI solutions and process automation.
• Independent, proactive, with strong technical acumen and the confidence to challenge stakeholders constructively.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Aviva automation platforms and tech stacks.
