Hardware Support Managed Services is aimed to provide professional services in supporting data center hardware infrastructure for DIRECTV in Castle Rock, CO

Responsibilities

• Typical job duties include the next tasks:
• Server migration and installation at Castle Rock Broadcast Center (CRBC)
• Cable management and integration
• Physical hardware and software integration
• Physical infrastructure and server troubleshooting
• Support automation tools (deployment scripts)
• Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)
• Power management
• Server and client setups and support C2C engagement - $50/hr FTE engagement - $76k/year

SKILLS

Must have

• IT Hardware installation, operation and maintenance

Nice to have

Hands-on experience working in large data centers
