Data Analyst/Data Science, AIOps Engineer

Project description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AIOps Architect with expertise in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps), Large Language Models (LLMs), Chatbots, and intelligent monitoring platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise-scale AIOps initiatives, enhancing chatbot capabilities, implementing predictive analytics, and building intelligent correlation and anomaly detection solutions across the IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Scale and enhance enterprise-wide AIOps platforms to improve visibility, monitoring, and operational efficiency. Enhance the WALLE chatbot capability by integrating new AI agents and LLM-based solutions. Design and implement intelligent event correlation, forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive monitoring solutions. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and operations teams to automate incident management and root cause analysis. Drive innovation in AI-powered operations and improve service reliability through advanced analytics and automation.

SKILLS

Must have

• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations, Network Engineering, or Infrastructure Management. Strong experience with AIOps platforms and intelligent monitoring solutions. Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-powered Chatbots, and Generative AI technologies. Experience in event correlation, anomaly detection, forecasting, and observability platforms. Strong understanding of AI Builder, automation frameworks, and IT Operations processes. Experience building scalable enterprise monitoring and operational intelligence solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and solution architecture skills.
