Dutchie is hiring a Senior Manager, Payments Risk to manage systems and programs that minimize loss, returns, and fraud while ensuring a smooth experience for good users. This hands-on role involves data analysis and leading a team of analysts.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of Sift and Plaid Signal, including rules, models, and score tuning.
- Design and implement identity and fraud controls.
- Own metrics related to loss, returns, and fraud reduction.
- Lead cross-functional risk initiatives with ACH Operations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate data insights into risk controls.
Requirement:
- 5+ years in payments risk/fraud with proven ownership of loss and fraud metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Python and SQL.
- Experience leading a payments risk or fraud team in a fintech or payments company.
- Curiosity and a hands-on approach to data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools for investigation and analysis is a plus.
