TASKS WITH IMPACT

You'll support us in both Partner Onboarding and Technical Project Management:

Partner Onboarding

• Technical integration of merchants & brands onto the DOUGLAS marketplace (FTP, API, and manual)
• International rollout of DOUGLAS marketplace partners
• Supporting partners during the Partner Readiness phase via the integration mailbox and in SAP
• End-to-end testing of partner order processes following interface connection
• Identifying bottlenecks (e.g., faulty data transmissions) during integration and resolving them
• Stakeholder management: working closely with Key Account Management, Sales, aggregators, and other internal and external stakeholders

Technical Project Management

• Operational support of the Integration Manager in implementing new technical features and resolving bugs
• Creating and managing tickets in Jira and maintaining the team's internal Jira dashboard
• Creating and optimizing guidelines for internal stakeholders (Confluence) and external partners (Partner Support Space)
• Stakeholder management: working closely with internal developer teams to drive new features and bug fixes
• Daily review and approval of partner offers in close coordination with our Key Account team

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Successfully completed studies or vocational training with a focus on IT, business, communication sciences, e-commerce, or similar
• Very good Excel skills (V-Lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
• Initial experience in the e-commerce environment through internships or similar
• Enthusiasm for IT and passion for technology & processes: terms like ERP systems, integrators, SAP, XML/CSV/JSON are not foreign to you
• General understanding of (API) interface connections and marketplace platform solutions
• Communicative and assertive personality
• Enthusiasm for project management of interface integrations across various parallel projects
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Proactive and dedicated work style with a good balance between quality and quantity
• Ideally, you've already worked with systems like Jira, Confluence, SAP Commerce, and Mirakl
