Short Summary:
Join Douglas as an intern in the International Training Corporate Brands team, where you will create training materials, deliver training, and support various projects related to the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:
- Creation of training materials and sales folders for all Douglas Corporate Brands
- Preparation and adaptation of training content for the international Douglas Academy App
- Development of content for the internal Douglas Instagram channel
- Participation in international Train-the-Trainer sessions and store employee trainings
- Planning and coordination of international shipments of training products
- Support of relevant projects related to assortment development and employee engagement initiatives
- Opportunity to participate in marketing shoots

Requirement:
- Creative candidate with interest in beauty
- Confident with Microsoft Office/PowerPoint
- Strong English skills
- Team-oriented, proactive, organized
- Internship experience in sales/training a plus
