Sr. People Operations Analyst

The Senior People Operations Analyst will join Dorado Software Group and support the operational backbone of the People function for a global portfolio of software companies on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Director of People Operations.

NedGraphics and Optitex have teams in 19 countries including North America, South America, EMEA, Middle East, India, and APAC. The Senior People Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining HR systems and data integrity, coordinating payroll across multiple jurisdictions, executing onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting the broader People team with reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
We are looking for someone who wants to build: you will have real ownership over how our HR systems and processes work, and room to improve, automate and document them so they last.
