Mission
DoorLoop is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Analyst to join our central Data & Analytics team and become a strategic analytics partner to our Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations leaders.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial thinking, business judgment, and a proactive mindset.
You’ll develop a deep understanding of our GTM engine, identify opportunities before they become requests, and help leadership understand not only what is happening, but why it is happening and what we should do about it.
Responsibilities:
- Own GTM analytics as a business partner for Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- Own full-funnel analytics from acquisition through closed-won, including MQLs, demos, opportunities, conversion, pipeline, CAC, sales velocity, and revenue.
- Proactively identify trends, bottlenecks, performance drivers, and growth opportunities rather than waiting for requests.
- Lead deep-dive analyses, quantify impact, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Turn complex data into compelling stories and insights for GTM leaders, executives, and business reviews.
- Build and own dashboards, reporting, and analytical solutions that support business decision-making.
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding environments to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work, and build lightweight analytical tools and solutions.
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Data Engineering to improve measurement, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, Growth, or Revenue Analytics supporting Sales and Marketing.
- Strong commercial understanding of B2B SaaS and the ability to connect data and funnel metrics to business outcomes.
- Advanced SQL and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar.
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to structure ambiguous problems and identify the drivers behind performance.
- Excellent analytical storytelling and experience partnering directly with senior business leaders.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability for accuracy.
- Comfortable using AI as a core part of the analytical workflow, including AI-assisted coding and automation.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau or similar BI platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience with attribution, experimentation, campaign performance, sales capacity, or forecasting.
- Experience with dbt, Python, APIs, or building lightweight internal tools.
- Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
- 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.
- Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.
- Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.
- Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.
- Monthly stipend: a dedicated budget for work-related expenses.
- Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.
The salary range for this position is $130,000- $150,000 annually.
