- Frame the problem & own the scope: Reframe ambiguous requests around key business decisions.
- Design advanced experiments: Run A/B tests and design sophisticated studies.
- Apply rigorous modeling: Build reduced-form and simple structural models.
- Build robust metrics: Architect metrics that resist misinterpretation using SQL and Python.
- Communicate honestly: Translate complex findings into narrative-driven insights.
- Lead with AI fluency: Use AI tools to enhance code and analysis.
Requirement:
- Expertise in causal inference: Deep command of econometric methods.
- Strong theoretical foundation: Ability to reason from first principles.
- Fluent programming skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Intellectual honesty: Commitment to quantifying uncertainty and protecting research integrity.
- Clear communication: Ability to convey complex findings simply.
