Account Executive, Strategic Deals - Attribute™

Location This is opportunity is based on-site in Israel: Attribute Office, Carlibach St 29, Tel Aviv

Who We Are
Become part of the team behind Attribute™. Following our recent acquisition, we're bringing together visionary engineers and go-to-market leaders to disrupt cloud management with real-time, tagless cost visibility across cloud and AI workloads. As an Account Executive focused on Strategic Deals, you'll join a founding GTM movement inside an established market leader trusted by over 4,500 global customers, unlocking high-impact opportunities through top-tier strategic partnerships.

DoiT empowers cloud-native organizations to scale faster and innovate with confidence. By combining our Cloud Intelligence technology with Forward Deployed Engineers and deep specialization across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, we help tech-forward companies navigate their toughest infrastructure and cost governance challenges end to end.

The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, Strategic Deals for Attribute™, you will be at the forefront of building a brand-new region from scratch and introducing a groundbreaking solution to a fundamental business problem in modern FinOps. You will work on Strategic Deals, leveraging strategic partnerships with AWS, OpenAI, Top Private Equity firms, and our global current install base. A strong focus will be placed on co-selling and unlocking strategic deal opportunities with AWS, ISVs, and channel partners. Traditional cloud cost allocation methods rely heavily on static tagging—an approach that becomes obsolete in modern, shared cloud and AI infrastructure. When multi-tenant clusters, shared GPUs, microservices, and dynamic AI workloads dominate, organizations face severe blind spots: they cannot accurately determine the true cost-to-serve for specific applications, autonomous agents, or business teams, making it impossible to calculate true gross margins at a granular customer level.

Attribute™ solves this by taking a completely different approach. Leveraging runtime eBPF technology, Attribute™ captures real-time network traffic signals and kernel-level observability without requiring engineering teams to manually tag or instrument code. By analyzing actual runtime consumption across CPU, GPU, memory, network, and AI model API requests, it provides accurate total cost of ownership (TCO) and unit economics based on real usage. Organizations finally get precise cost governance and gross margin visibility across complex cloud and AI environments with zero developer overhead.

As an Account Executive building this region from scratch, you will establish a high-potential greenfield territory. You will drive sales end-to-end with a heavy emphasis on net-new logo acquisition, defining the regional go-to-market strategy and creating the foundational customer success stories that define this category.

You will own full-cycle deal execution across Startup, Digital Native, and Enterprise segments—prospecting new accounts, running compelling solution pitches, navigating complex technical evaluations alongside engineering partners, and closing strategic partnerships end to end.

You'll have the rest of the Cloud Intelligence portfolio behind you: 4,500 customers, AWS/Google Cloud/Azure partnerships, and Forward Deployed Engineers who solve problems other vendors walk away from. But the product you'll carry every day is Attribute™, and the market is only just learning it exists. That's the opportunity.

Expect to travel 10–15% of the time to meet customers, engage with hyperscale teams, and show up at industry events that matter.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal, consistently hitting and exceeding quota and pipeline targets
• Build a high-volume pipeline and establish the region from scratch with a hunter mindset, driving outbound prospecting and net-new logo acquisition across EMEA
• Build the first wave of reference customers and case studies the rest of the GTM org will run on
• Develop and execute a regional strategy that identifies high-growth opportunities and untapped markets across EMEA
• Build deep, mutually valuable relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and expand market share
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve the toughest technical challenges prospects face
• Maintain rigorous forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure every proposal reflects the quality of what we actually deliver
• Guide customers from initial curiosity through contract execution, setting them up for a world-class onboarding experience
• Feed real customer signal back to product and marketing every week — in a founding team, that loop is the job
• Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, networking, and creative outreach — not just working what's handed to you

Qualifications

• Proven track record of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong emphasis on net-new logo acquisition and building a regional territory from scratch
• A track record of selling cloud services and understanding how consumption-based models work
• Hunting mentality: demonstrated drive to self-generate pipeline, prospect into target accounts, and close new business independently
• Experience selling to platform engineering / DevOps teams.
• Comfort selling something new — you've sold a product before there was a Gartner quadrant for it, and you preferred it that way
• Technical curiosity: you understand the cloud computing market and can hold your own in conversations about AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure products and architecture
• Genuine interest in FinOps and how engineering organisations actually consume the cloud — you don't need to be a practitioner, but you need to care
• Ability to build influential relationships across matrixed organisations and turn professional networks into real partnerships
• "Roll up your sleeves" attitude that pervades both sales and business development activities
• Prior experience at AWS, ISVs, or in strategic partnerships is a big plus
