Short Summary:
DNSFilter is hiring an AI Operations Engineer to build internal AI tools and agents, enabling the company to operate efficiently. The role involves creating plugins, skills, and connectors that automate work across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship Claude plugins, skills, and MCP connectors (Python and TypeScript)
- Build and operate agents on the internal multi-agent platform
- Maintain and monitor the deployed fleet and fix breakages quickly
- Turn specifications into working tools and manage requests from departments
- Partner with various departments on time-boxed builds
- Contribute light data work as needed
Requirement:
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM tooling: Claude, MCP, agents, and prompt/context engineering
- 3+ years building software with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to ship faster
- Experience integrating third-party REST APIs and building reusable components
- Strong security-first mindset when handling sensitive data
- Ability to work autonomously and shape ambiguous requests into specs
- Experience integrating common business SaaS tools via their APIs
