Short Summary:
As a Business Continuity Associate, you will ensure rapid and effective resolution of daily operational issues, leveraging your market-specific expertise to protect the merchant experience and maintain operational continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Triage, own, and resolve operational incidents end-to-end; provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
- Engage directly with processors and partners to manage day-to-day operations, escalate issues, and remove technical/business blockers.
- Provide hands-on merchant support and go-live readiness, including hypercare during launches.
- Act as a key point of contact for CS/AM for operational enablement and troubleshooting.
- Perform root-cause analysis, document incidents and resolutions, and feed learnings back to teams and partners.
Requirement:
- 2–4+ years in payments/fintech operations, incident management, processor/partner support, or merchant operations.
- Familiarity with payment operations and ecosystem.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and ticketing/documentation tools; analytical mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; fluency in English.
- Experience working with AI tools or automations is considered a plus.
