Join Discord's Ads team to revolutionize user interaction through innovative ad formats while delivering exceptional user experiences and scaling the platform.

Responsibilities:
- Build new ads products from backend to frontend that deliver direct value to users through rewards
- Build a platform for advertisers and operations teams to manage ad campaigns
- Make architectural improvements for long-term maintenance of products and systems
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create delightful products
- Work with analytics and experimentation frameworks to optimize ads products
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry technologies

Requirement:
- Full-stack experience with Typescript, React, Python or equivalents
