Short Summary:
St. Andrew Parish is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Associate who will maintain all aspects of maintenance for parish buildings and property.

Responsibilities:
- Custodial cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Set ups for events and meetings
- Secure all buildings on campus as needed
- Custodial duties including cleaning, vacuuming, bathrooms, windows for all buildings on campus
- Perform all minor electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, light bulbs, and fixtures
- Replace belts, filters, and thermostats for air conditioning
- Repair water leaks; replace faucets, open drains as needed for plumbing
- General maintenance/carpentry of walls, doors, windows, carpet, tile, caulk, and paint where needed
- Other duties as assigned

Requirement:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Plumbing or electric license desired
- Working knowledge of building equipment
- Understanding of safety protocols and disposal of hazardous waste items
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to work indoors as well as outdoors
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, climb continuously
- Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, staff, and parishioners
- Must pass a post-offer DOV assigned physical exam
