Senior Paid Social Manager

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This is not your typical performance marketing job. We want experienced performance marketers who are ready to combine their expertise with the most high-profile digital and social campaigns in Greece, working alongside strategists and creatives to make paid social a real driver of brand results, not just a media line.

What You'll Do

• Manage paid social campaigns — Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn: audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and bid strategy.

• Optimize with intention — Continuously monitor performance, spot trends and inefficiencies, and make data-informed optimizations throughout the life of every campaign.

• Recommend strategy shifts — Track campaigns against client goals and proactively propose changes to targeting, creative, budget, or platform mix when performance calls for it.

• Collaborate on creative — Partner with our creative team on ad concepts, copy, and content that performs, bringing platform-specific insight into the formats and styles working right now.

• Report with clarity — Deliver monthly client reporting that turns paid and organic performance into clear, meaningful insights: what happened, why it matters, and what's next.

• Stay ahead of platform changes — Keep up with algorithm updates, new ad formats, and platform features, and bring new opportunities to your accounts and the team.

What You Bring

• 3+ years running paid social campaigns, with hands-on, in-platform experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling performance data and translating it into clear takeaways and next steps.

• A proactive, optimization-first mindset. You notice when something isn't working and act on it, you don't wait to be told.

• Solid understanding of audience targeting, budget pacing, and creative testing across paid social platforms.

• Excellent written communication skills, in Greek and English, for client reporting and internal collaboration.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

• Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
