Middle Ad Creative Graphic Designer

Your mission

As our new Ad Creative Designer, your mission is to bring performance-driven ideas to life through engaging, conversion-focused ad creatives for social media and Google Ads.

Your work will be a mix of:
? Video editing: short-form ads, UGC-style edits, hooks, and story formats
?️ Static ads: single images, carousels, story and feed formats
? AI generation: using AI tools to create visuals, concepts, and creative variations at scale

You'll help our growth clients shine across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond, working closely with our creative strategists and performance marketers to craft ads that stop the scroll, tell a story, and scale fast.

You're a creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, and you know how to turn strategy into visuals that convert.
✅ 3+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing (mid-level or senior), ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
✅ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and CapCut, and confident working in Canva and Figma
✅ Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g. image and video generation) and the curiosity to keep exploring new ones
✅ Solid understanding of performance design and what makes an ad visually and psychologically effective
✅ Skilled at turning creative briefs into impactful, scroll-stopping concepts, both static and video
✅ You work fast and focused, balancing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard
✅ You thrive in a collaborative environment and love bouncing ideas off other creatives
✅ Fluent in English; German is a plus

• Have experience with motion design or UGC-style content
• Understand trends in social media aesthetics and ad psychology

We work hybrid: one day a week in our Lisbon office (Thursdays), the rest remotely. If you live more than 100 km away, fully remote works for us too.
