Program Manager/Task Lead

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Program Manager/Task Lead to support our proposal effort the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) Support contract at Scott Air Force Base, IL.

Position Overview:

The Program Manager/Task Lead serves as the contractor-designated point of contact for the overall management and performance of EACN support. This role supervises contract personnel, oversees contractor functions, and has authority to make decisions, sign on behalf of, and commit the prime contractor. The position is based at Scott AFB and requires on-site work 3-4 days per week or as requested by the Government EACN Program Manager.

Job Duties:

• Serve as the contractor-designated Task Lead and point of contact accountable for performance of all PWS and contract requirements.
• Supervise contract personnel and oversee all contractor-related functions; exercise decision-making, signature, and firm-commitment authority.
• Conduct annual in-person Program Management Reviews for the Government EACN Program Manager and key stakeholders, focused on principal PWS deliverables.
• Maintain the Projects Status List with milestones, points of contact, and current status; make it available for EACN Program Manager review and biweekly briefing.
• Maintain and update a Project Checklist for each project on the Projects Status List throughout performance.
• Submit a Monthly Status Report covering Joint Base Andrews, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and Scott AFB; establish, maintain, and report applicable service-area performance metrics.
• Support the production environment in accordance with Government standards and prescribed hardware and software configuration baselines.
• Support white papers recommending technologies and options for EACN architecture improvements and Network Installation and Configuration Guides for equipment installations or approved changes.
• Support an EACN Disaster Recovery Plan addressing the full environment and reconstruction after catastrophic failure; assist Government engineers with the Configuration Management Plan.
• Convene biweekly teleconferences with AMC/A67A and A2G2 personnel to discuss configuration issues, task status, requirements validation, and priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret security clearance at the time of award.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Must be an employee of the prime contractor with authority to make decisions, sign, and commit the firm, and responsibility for supervising contract personnel and contractor-related functions.
• Ability to perform duties on-site at Scott AFB 3-4 days per week or as requested by the Government EACN Program Manager.
• Compliance with DoDM 8140.03, including obtaining the DoD-approved information assurance baseline certification appropriate to the position within the PWS timeframes.
