Short Summary:
Devoted Studios is a globally remote game development company specializing in Co-development, Porting, and End-to-End Art Production. The Head of Operations will implement the CEO's vision across departments, focusing on operational infrastructure, international expansion, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of the CEO's cross departmental initiatives end to end.
- Drive operational initiatives that span multiple departments to completion.
- Partner with department leadership to align priorities and deliver on shared commitments.
- Directly manage Team Success, IT, and Recruitment.
- Set and hold operational KPIs for each function.
- Own operational governance and international compliance across geographies.
- Drive the operational execution of quarterly commitments and cross-functional priorities.
- Champion the integration of AI tools across operational processes.

Requirement:
- 8-15 years of operational leadership at a services, co-development, or growth-stage tech company.
- Experience running Team Success (HR), IT, and Recruitment functions.
- Strong track record of alignment across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Production.
- International operations experience.
- AI-forward and technically curious.
- Strong operational reporting habits and clear communication with executive leadership.
