- Payroll zuverlässig verantworten: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter*innen jeden Monat korrekt und pünktlich abgerechnet werden können. Auch bei anspruchsvollen Abrechnungsthemen und unter Zeitdruck arbeitest du sicher und sorgfältig – denn du weißt: Hinter jeder Abrechnung steht ein Mensch, der sich auf uns verlässt.
- Expertise einbringen, wenn es komplex wird: Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung und Meldewesen sind dein fachliches Zuhause. Du durchdringst auch anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen, findest tragfähige Lösungen und machst diese für andere verständlich.
- Qualität konsequent sichern: Du schaust genau hin, erkennst Unstimmigkeiten und gehst Ursachen auf den Grund. Mit deinem Qualitätsanspruch sorgst du dafür, dass Daten, Abrechnung und Dokumentation stimmen und behältst Datenschutz, Vertraulichkeit sowie regulatorische Anforderungen im Blick.
- Zusammenarbeit gestalten: Gute Payroll entsteht nicht im Alleingang. Du arbeitest eng mit Mitarbeiter*innen, Führungskräften und unseren Schnittstellen zusammen, sorgst für klare Abstimmungen und bringst die richtigen Beteiligten zusammen, wenn es darauf ankommt.
- Digitalisierung mitgestalten: Du nutzt Payroll-Systeme und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Payroll ein. Dabei wirkst du an Standardisierung und Automatisierung mit und setzt freigegebene KI-Tools verantwortungsbewusst ein.
Das bringst du mit
- Deine Payroll-Expertise: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung mit und kennst dich im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sehr gut aus. Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bilden dafür deine fachliche Basis.
- Dein Verständnis für Payroll: Du weißt, dass in der Entgeltabrechnung viele Themen zusammenspielen und Genauigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Termintreue entscheidend sind. Auch in arbeitsintensiven Abrechnungsphasen behältst du den Überblick und gehst mit sensiblen Daten verantwortungsvoll um.
- Deine digitale Kompetenz: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit HR- und Payroll-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP HCM und SuccessFactors (Time), weiteren HR-Anwendungen wie E-Akten und Tickettools sowie MS Office. Neue Technologien machen dich neugierig und du hast Lust, Automatisierung und KI als sinnvolle Unterstützung für eine moderne Payroll zu nutzen.
- Deine Serviceorientierung: Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich, arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zusammen und hast die Anliegen unserer Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte im Blick. Fachliche Sachverhalte vermittelst du verständlich und findest verlässliche Lösungen.
- Deine Lust mitzugestalten: Du bist offen für neue Systeme, Technologien und Formen der Zusammenarbeit. Du denkst Prozesse strukturiert, hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe konstruktiv und bringst Ideen zur Standardisierung und Digitalisierung ein.
