Your tasks:

• Support vulnerability management activities, including tracking findings and remediation actions
• Assist in coordinating penetration tests and documenting results
• Support ICT risk assessments and maintain risk-related documentation
• Help monitor compliance with security baselines and internal security requirements
• Prepare security reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Maintain security documentation, SharePoint pages, and knowledge repositories
• Support security projects, process improvements, and operational activities
• Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Collect and analyze security-related data and KPIs
• Perform general administrative and organizational tasks for the team

Your skills:

• Student in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Interest in vulnerability management, ICT risk management, and security operations
• Availability to support for multiple semesters
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and thoroughly
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Analytical thinking and the ability to keep track of things
• Good language skills in German or English, both spoken and written
