Dental Business Development Representative

Remote – U.S. | Commission-Only | Flexible Schedule | Uncapped Earning Potential

About Desort

Desort is expanding its network of dental practices and healthcare organizations nationwide. We are seeking a motivated Dental Business Development Representative to help identify new business opportunities and build relationships with dental practices and hiring decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and identify dental practices and potential clients
Contact practice owners, managers, and hiring decision-makers
Generate new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking
Introduce Desort’s recruitment and staffing solutions
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Follow up with prospects and develop long-term relationships
Work with our recruitment team to support client hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales, business development, recruiting, dental, healthcare, or account management experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and contacting new prospects
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online research
Bilingual Spanish/English is not required but is highly valuable
