About Desort

Desort is expanding its nationwide client network and is seeking a motivated Client Relations & Business Development Specialist to develop new business relationships across the Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal industries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting, networking, and connecting with business owners and hiring decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
• Contact business owners, executives, practice managers, and hiring decision-makers
• Generate leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Introduce Desort's recruitment services to prospective clients
• Build and manage a personal prospect pipeline
• Conduct initial conversations to understand client hiring needs
• Follow up consistently and develop long-term client relationships
• Maintain prospect information using CRM and company systems
• Work with Desort's recruitment team to support client success

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, or client relations preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Confident with prospecting and follow-up
• Organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Familiar with LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and online research
• Results-oriented and comfortable with performance-based compensation

Compensation

Commission-only opportunity.
