Project lead, Project management

As project lead, you support the project sponsor and oversee a work team involved in cross-sector projects and initiatives to ensure objectives are met. You participate in all the different project phases, from design to rollout. You organize, manage and control the human, material, financial and IT resources needed to deliver very large-scale, innovative projects involving multiple sectors. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your field of expertise. You are responsible for strategic projects that are very organizationally and conceptually complex and require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. • Ensure that the material, human and financial resources needed to meet the target business objectives are available
• Manage, monitor and communicate the roadmap and budget, and define and promote governance
