Are you a hands-on Adobe Workfront expert who loves solving workflow challenges, streamlining processes, and building scalable solutions that make work easier for everyone?
We're looking for an Adobe Workfront Developer to help design, configure, and optimize enterprise Workfront environments for some of the world's leading brands. This is more than a system administration role. You'll be a key contributor responsible for building solutions, improving workflows, enhancing governance, and helping organizations transform how work gets done.
What You'll Do
As an Adobe Workfront Developer, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical partners to:
- Configure and administer Adobe Workfront environments
- Design and optimize portfolios, programs, projects, request queues, and workflows
- Create custom forms, fields, approval processes, and governance frameworks
- Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process optimization
- Support resource management, capacity planning, and workload balancing
- Build reports, dashboards, and insights that drive better decision-making
- Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver scalable solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across the Workfront ecosystem
- Support integrations with Adobe and third-party platforms including AEM, GenStudio, Frame.io, and other enterprise technologies
- Help clients modernize how work is planned, managed, reviewed, and delivered
What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you have:
✅ Adobe Workfront administration experience
✅ Experience configuring workflows, custom forms, intake processes, and governance models
✅ Knowledge of portfolios, programs, projects, tasks, issues, and resource management
✅ Experience improving business processes and operational workflows
✅ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
✅ Adobe Workfront certifications or a desire to earn them
✅ Experience supporting enterprise users and driving platform adoption
✅ The ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable Workfront solutions

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $115,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
