At Delta Galil, organizational development is where culture meets performance. We're looking for an OD professional to join our team and support initiatives that shape how our people grow, work, and lead across the globe.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role, perfect if you have a few years of OD experience and you're ready to grow into broader, more strategic work alongside our senior OD team.
What you'll do:
- Support the design and rollout of global OD solutions and programs for targeted populations.
- Identify needs and gaps across focus areas and translate them into practical OD solutions.
- Support and manage the Annual Performance Cycle in partnership with C&B, and build materials and education for leaders and employees.
- Support AI-driven process redesign, working from a blank-slate mindset. Define the desired outcome first, then build the smartest path to get there using AI tools and modern ways of working.
- Partner with business leaders to spot processes that can be transformed, not just improved, through AI. Champion outcome-first thinking and continuous reinvention.
- Run engagement surveys and support leadership in building action plans that drive engagement and business results.
- Support change initiatives, helping teams move through transitions and building a culture that's open to change.
- Assess the impact of learning and development programs and use the insights to keep improving.
What you bring:
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's a plus).
- Around 3 years of OD experience, ideally in a global or matrixed organization.
- A solid grasp of organizational dynamics, culture, and change management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Comfort working with data and turning it into insights.
- Curiosity about AI and how it applies to HR and OD, from workflow automation to people analytics and AI-assisted learning.
- A fresh, open mindset that sets aside legacy assumptions and designs for what's possible today.
- An eye for detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
