Short Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all Incoming Confirmations tasks across the FX and Precious Metals Options business, focusing on confirmation retrieval within regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Execution of post trade timely processing and controls for all Inbound Forex and Precious Metals Option Confirmations.
- Involvement in Indexing, Matching, Affirmation, and Chasing.
- Validation and dispatching of confirmations in line with policy and regulatory timelines.
- Develop key relationships with other support functions within DC and the client.
- Ensure best practice is achieved.
- Coordinating Language Negotiations with Legal/Desk and Clients.
- Drive Master Confirmation Agreement.
- Risk management and adherence to all policy and regulations.
- Ensure timely dispatch of Confirmation and strict adherence to Confirmation matching.
- Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate problem situations to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirement:
- Degree in accounting/finance/management/business administration with minimum Fresher/1 year of experience in Derivative Ops.
- Knowledge about FX and Precious Metals Options operations.
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
- Proficiency in MS Office with good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under challenging environments with tight timelines.
- Attention to detail.
