About the Opportunity

• Lead end-to-end delivery across a large Operations digital portfolio
• Partner with senior leaders to shape roadmap, priorities, and outcomes
• Drive delivery health, reporting, governance, and benefits realisation
• Coach and lead a team of PMs/BAs in a fast-paced, regulated setting

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10+ years in project/programme delivery leadership (portfolio level)
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Confidence with governance, budgeting, risks/issues/dependencies
• Ability to blend delivery methods (agile/hybrid) pragmatically
• Proven people leadership: coaching, performance, capability building
