Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Python / Java DeveloperResponsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain features within the Automated Security Retest Engine platformDevelop and enhance Python-based processing pipelines and Java Spring Boot application componentsBuild and maintain integrations with external tools, services, and REST APIsImprove the reliability, accuracy, and quality of automated security tests and analysisDevelop, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and stabilityInvestigate technical issues, troubleshoot defects, and implement effective solutionsApply secure software development practices, including input validation, access control, credential protection, and secure data handlingEnsure compliance with defined security testing scopes and maintain reliable evidence of remediation verificationCollaborate with security and product stakeholders to translate technical and business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutionsParticipate in code reviews, contribute to continuous improvements, and maintain technical documentation Requirements:5+ years of professional software development experience with Python and/or JavaHands-on experience in developing and maintaining backend applications and REST APIsFamiliarity with Spring Boot and standard Java development practices (for Java developers), or modular application design and dependency management (for Python developers)Practical experience in writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure software quality and reliabilityGood understanding of secure software development principles, including input validation, authentication, authorization, and secure handling of sensitive dataProficiency with Git and familiarity with collaborative development practices, including code reviewsAbility to analyze existing codebases, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement maintainable, well-documented solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholdersGood command of written and spoken English for technical communication and documentationNice to have: Experience working with both Python and Java / Spring BootExperience integrating LLM APIs or developing AI-assisted workflows, including structured output validation and error handlingFamiliarity with application security testing methodologies, particularly DAST and SASTExperience with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, or SemgrepExperience with document processing and data extraction, particularly from PDF filesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud-based environmentsKnowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Thymeleaf Offer: Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
