Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Java DeveloperResponsibilities: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including: Requirements analysisArchitecture and solution designDevelopmentTestingDeploymentCollaborate with business stakeholders and financial analysts to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutionsDesign and implement integrations using REST APIs, messaging technologies, and event-driven communication patternsContribute to application quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practicesMentor and support other developers as a technical sparring partner within the teamPromote continuous improvement through the responsible use of AI-assisted development and automationEnsure application performance, maintainability, and compliance with established engineering standards Requirements: Strong experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Java-based applicationsStrong knowledge of: Java 21, Spring Boot and PostgreSQLMessaging technologies (e.g. JMS, MQ)Strong proficiency in Java frameworks, including Spring and HibernateExperience designing and developing solutions supporting complex business processesExperience working with relational databases and SQLKnowledge of: OpenAPI and AsyncAPIExperience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principlesExperience participating in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing and deploymentAbility to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutionsExperience collaborating with business stakeholders and analystsExperience mentoring developers, performing code reviews, and supporting solution design decisionsStrong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPractical experience using AI-assisted development and automation tools to improve productivity, quality, and knowledge sharingFluent English (spoken and written) Offer: Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
