Short Summary:
In this individual contributor role, you will own the design and production of DataCamp's assessment and certification content, collaborating with subject-matter experts and building AI systems to generate and maintain high-quality questions at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for assessment and certification content.
- Design psychometrically sound assessments, including writing and reviewing items, defining scoring and passing standards.
- Build and operate AI workflows for drafting, grading, and quality-checking items.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to keep certifications current.
- Map certifications to real skills hiring managers screen for.
- Benchmark against the certification landscape and set strategy for future certifications.
- Continuously assess certification performance to drive improvements.

Requirement:
- A technical background in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering) with experience in evaluating technical competency.
- Expertise in assessment design, including item writing, scoring, and principles of validity, reliability, and fairness.
- Strong experience with agentic AI systems and building AI automation systems.
- Graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in a related STEM discipline or equivalent industry experience.
