Short Summary:
Join a dynamic, green-focused environment as a Technical Support Engineer for Danfoss Turbocor® Compressors, providing support to customers across Europe and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty execution, troubleshooting activities, and failure analysis.
- Coordinate technical support activities with OEMs and customers.
- Leverage ERP systems and customer feedback to manage support workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and business initiatives.
- Customer-centric role requiring strong negotiation skills.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; focus in Thermodynamics is an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product/project management in HVAC&R.
- Practical knowledge of Chillers and Refrigeration systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical opportunities.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively (35–50%).
