Short Summary:
Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Application Engineer with expertise in HVAC/R systems to support OEM customers in the DACH region. The role involves technical responsibility for product integration and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced analysis of HVAC/R systems and assess interactions with Danfoss products.
- Provide on-site technical support to resolve installation and performance issues.
- Oversee product implementation and verification at OEM customer sites.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on compressors and heat exchangers.
- Analyze operational data to identify technical improvement opportunities.
- Deliver technical training and document best practices.
- Coordinate with R&D and logistics for component validation and testing.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with thermodynamics specialization; PhD in refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Field engineering experience in industrial HVAC/R and OEM environments.
- Knowledge of compressors and heat transfer systems.
- Expertise in diagnostics and optimization of BPHE and MCHE heat exchangers.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
