We are company specialized in home decorations sales, we presents brands: Dolce Gabbana Casa, Versace Home, Culti, Rizzoli, Leblone Deline, Sambonet, Etro and more.

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales orientation with a proactive approach to customers
* Professional, polished and presentable appearance
* Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide a personalized shopping experience
* Serbian, Russian and English knowalage
* Basic computer and POS system skills
* Reliability, responsibility and attention to detail
* Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Key responsibilities

* Welcoming customers and providing a personalized luxury shopping experience
* Presenting products, collections and brands professionally
* Understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable products
* Achieving individual and team sales targets
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
* Providing accurate information about products, prices and availability
* Processing sales, payments, exchanges and returns
* Preparing products for packaging, delivery or customer collection
* Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations
