Perks of becoming a Rhino:

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6 to 9 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
Mastery of GCP services including BigQuery (schema design, query optimization, cost management) and Cloud Composer (DAG authoring, scheduling, debugging).
Proven ability to design and execute ETL/ELT pipelines migrating from SQL Server to BigQuery, including partitioning and clustering optimization.
Advanced SQL and Python skills applied to data transformation, automation scripts, and GCP API integration.
Familiarity with complementary GCP tooling such as Storage, Dataflow, and Database Migration Service; exposure to Power BI and Data Vault a plus.
Fluency in English (B2)
Availability for a hybrid model (2x a week, based in Porto ou Lisboa)
Candidate has to be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
