They invite you to join a Data Science team in D&A. They are building data products and capabilities to enable data-driven decisions with both classical ML and Agentic ML state of the art technologies. 

This role implies both individual contribution and managing/coordination role to focus Data Scientists team effort to deliver a business solution and developing capabilities. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Lead the team of Data Scientist, coach, support their development, establish well balanced team of internal and external resources capable to react on fluctuating demand of analytics requests and deliver according the expectations.
• Build D&A analytical capabilities by both individual contribution and coaching Data Science team in Product Based Organization setting.
• Ensure effective and efficient allocation of the resources around the selected and prioritized analytics projects having agile principles in mind.
• Efficient operation in PMI environment, budgeting, governance structures and processes, information systems and organizational landscape.
• Keeping track of industry standards and developments, ability to bring in new technologies, algorithms and frameworks. 

Who they are looking for: 

• 7+ years’ experience in Data Science with proven record of successful lead of Data Science teams.
• AWS stack, Proficiency with LLM and Agentic Frameworks, like LangChain.
• MLOps: machine learning operations for deploying and maintaining models in production, AWS SageMaker is a plus
• Data Governance: Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance issues.
• Agile methodologies and a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written with ability to present
