Perks of becoming a Rhino:

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with Java & React
Proficiency in Java (newer versions) and Spring Boot to develop and maintain robust backend applications in a full stack context.
Ability to design and optimize data models and queries in MySQL, ensuring performance and reliability across retail-scale workloads.
Practical knowledge of Kafka to implement and maintain event-driven architecture within distributed systems.
Demonstrated ability with AWS and Next.js
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams spanning design, development, and deployment.
Fluency in English (B2/C1)
Availability for Remote model based in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit)
