About Cyclomedia

Imagine walking down any street in a city without leaving your desk, then measuring it, analysing it and planning its future. That’s what we make possible. At Cyclomedia, our mission is to digitise the outside world with precision.

For over 40 years, we’ve captured the world at street level. Today, we develop, build and operate the world’s most advanced mobile mapping systems. They combine cameras, LiDAR scanners and state-of-the-art positioning to turn street-level and aerial imagery into data and insights. Cities, governments, utilities, telecom operators and infrastructure owners use that data to plan and run their operations more safely, efficiently and sustainably. In short, we help make the world safer, greener, more accessible and smarter.

We work across three regions: the US, BENE (Belgium & Netherlands) and CEU (DACH & Poland). Backed by private equity investor Volpi Capital, we’re growing, and so is our marketing team.

Our culture is driven by curiosity and innovation, guided by impact and purpose, and built on collaboration, trust, transparency and accountability.

About the role

Great B2B content does three things: it informs, it inspires and it activates. As our Content Marketer, you bring our technology and innovations to life. You turn them into compelling narratives that help professionals understand what we do, why it matters to them and what to do next.

You’ll create content for global and regional marketing. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, our Regional Marketing Managers and Performance Marketing. Our marketing team is building a structured demand and lead generation approach, and you’ll help shape how we create, localise and improve content to support it.

What you will do

• Global proposition content: Research, write and produce global marketing collateral that brings our value propositions to life, together with Product Marketing.

• Regional localisation: Adapt global content for our regions together with our Regional Marketing Managers.

• Social media formats: Coordinate social media formats and content with the Regional Marketing Managers.

• Customer stories: Interview customers and internal experts to understand their motives, challenges and language. Turn those insights into compelling stories and suggest how to support them visually.

• Data-driven improvement: Work with Performance Marketing to keep improving content based on campaign data and insights.

• Search visibility: Optimise content for both traditional search (SEO) and AI-driven search engines (GEO).

What success looks like

Within your first six months, you’ve helped launch our first demand and lead generation campaigns in line with the 2027 marketing plan, and they’ve produced the first concrete, qualified leads.

What you bring

• Education: A bachelor’s degree (HBO) or higher, for example in marketing, communication or journalism.

• Experience: Around 4+ years of hands-on content marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in tech.

• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch. English is our company language. Dutch is essential because you’ll work with many Dutch-speaking colleagues and localise content for the Dutch market.

• Interviewing and storytelling: Proven experience interviewing customers or experts and turning those conversations into strong stories, with ideas on how to bring them to life visually.

• Content versatility: The ability to write across formats, from proposition messaging and website copy to campaign assets and social content.

• SEO and GEO: Hands-on experience optimising content for search engines and AI-driven search.

• Curiosity and tech translation: A natural drive to understand your audience. You’re comfortable digging into technical solutions and translating them into clear stories that address real customer needs.

• Tools: HubSpot experience is highly preferred, as is familiarity with social media management platforms.

Bonus points

• Proficiency in German.

• Experience using AI and agentic tools to scale content across audiences while keeping tone of voice and messaging consistent.

• Experience briefing and managing external design agencies and freelancers.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.

What we offer

• Room to make your mark: a challenging role in a strong, growing international company, with real freedom to shape the position.

• A great team to join: a small, close-knit and growing marketing team, plus experienced colleagues to build on.

• A competitive package: an attractive base salary.

• Growth: training, online courses and (team) coaching to support your development.

• Time off: 25 holidays, the option to buy up to 10 extra days a year, and an extra day off after Ascension Day.

• Wellbeing: a flexible Mental Health Day each year to rest and recharge, and a sports allowance of €25 gross per month.

• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 from home, with a home-working allowance of €2 per day.

• The right tools: a company phone and laptop.

We believe diverse perspectives drive innovation, and we’re committed to building a team that reflects different backgrounds, identities and experiences. We welcome applications from everyone.
