Hotline/Trainer/Field Engineer

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Hotline/Trainer/Field Engineer
to join our Aftersales team in our Szentendre office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team? 

Technical Trainings Preparation. Initiate, develop, and prepare technical trainings for technicians based on training materials received from FCSD-E TSO and TTT seminars.

Implement and execute technical trainings, organize, and make the necessary training materials.

Monitor dealers/importers participation in trainings, their appraisals and special wishes related to training content/plans.

Ensure that Technical Training Centre is prepared to perform planned technical trainings and check the exercises to be done.

Prepare and carry out training curriculums to measure and train technicians to keep the repair and maintenance activity at high level.

Record all activities in STARS

Provide technical information and guidance to dealers in reported cases of technical issues mandatorily registered by Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC).

Liaise with FCSD-E Technical Hotline and PVT, PCE & PD teams. GCR handling, “White alert” mgmt.

In cases of special necessity/urgency visit dealers with target to collect information necessary to find solutions of technical issues.

Provide TSO and appropriate departments with information which would enable them to find solution of the matter.

What are the requirements for this position?
Technical University or College Degree

Native speaker of Hungarian language

Good command of English

Good communication and presentation skills

Good and strong technical background preferably at automotive fields

PC skills, Driving licence
