Position Summary:

The App Messaging Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of app messaging capabilities that support customer engagement across digital channels. This role serves as the primary liaison between business, marketing, technology, and analytics teams, translating customer and business needs into scalable product solutions. The Product Manager drives prioritization, experimentation, measurement frameworks, and continuous optimization to improve engagement, adoption, and customer experience. Success in this role requires strong product leadership, stakeholder management, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of digital product management or ownership, or customer engagement experience.

· 5+ years of experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for customer-facing digital products.

· 5+ years of experience working in healthcare, retail, loyalty, or customer engagement environments.

· 5+ years of experience with web or mobile app messaging, push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and SMS campaign execution.

· 5+ years of experience with prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical considerations.

· 5+ years of experience defining and tracking product KPIs and using performance metrics to inform roadmap priorities.

· 3+ years of experience with campaign analytics, testing methodologies, and performance optimization best practices.

· 3+ years of experience using product management reporting tools such as Jira or a similar tool.

· 3+ years of experience with analytical and reporting skills with the ability to communicate performance insights clearly.

· 3+ years of experience with managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

· 2 -3 years of experience with developing app or web messaging strategy to drive engagement, adoption, and customer action.

· 2 -3 years of experience with using mobile engagement tools such as Braze, Adobe, Branch, and/or similar tools for campaign execution and reporting.

· 1-2 years of experience using AI tools for standardized reporting across platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

· Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear stakeholder updates.

· Exceptional mindfulness, organization, and project management capabilities.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
