Title: Software Engineer II

Location: UK RemoteFull-stack role within a cross-functional Product Engineering team building software used by patients and clinicians in live clinical environments. Work across backend services and front-end applications to deliver reliable, high-quality technology supporting care beyond the hospital. Operate within established architectural patterns and deepen technical expertise.

What You’ll Do: Build and improve backend microservices and user-facing applications; contribute to technical design and implement solutions aligned with architecture; write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with automated coverage; collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Clinical, Data, and Hardware; deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot production services; participate in incident response and post-incident learning; support live clinical use, including on-call rotations.

What You’ll Bring: Strong full-stack engineering experience; proficiency in a modern language (e.g., Java, Python, or TypeScript); experience writing testable code and automated tests; comfortable releasing and troubleshooting production systems; experience with managed cloud (e.g., AWS); ability to balance quality and pace; collaborative mindset; growth mindset with interest in system-level understanding and best practices.
