Short Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CTR Manager to lead statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple global jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local requirements and driving governance, process excellence, and risk management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead statutory and regulatory compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions spanning APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Design, implement, and enhance the enterprise compliance operating model.
- Oversee statutory filings, regulatory submissions, and local GAAP compliance.
- Manage relationships with external compliance advisors and service providers.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional finance teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance risks and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory reporting obligations.
- Drive continuous process improvements and maintain compliance documentation.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing compliance team.
- Support internal and external audits.

Requirement:
- Strong experience in Statutory Compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Deep understanding of Regulatory Compliance and corporate governance.
- Experience managing global compliance operations.
- Knowledge of statutory reporting and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to design and implement compliance operating models.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits:
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in statutory compliance, regulatory compliance, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
