We are looking for a hands-on Senior . NET Developer with DevOps skills to join a team delivering cloud-native applications for a client in the regulatory and financial technology domain. You will be primarily focused on designing, developing and maintaining high-quality . NET applications, while also contributing to the deployment, automation and cloud infrastructure layer. This is a senior, autonomous role within a collaborative, fast-moving team - strong communication and ownership are as important as technical depth. Build clean, maintainable and production-ready code following modern software engineering practices. Work with SQL Server and integrate applications with databases and external services. Design and implement integrations with 3rd party services and APIs. Collaborate closely with other developers, DevOps engineers and stakeholders to deliver features from development through to production. Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test and deployment processes. Work with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm to support containerized applications and production deployments. Help improve application reliability, observability, security and performance. Explore and implement practical AI integrations, including AI services or agents, into development workflows or applications. Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to architectural and engineering decisions. The Essentials We’re Seeking5+ years of professional experience in . NET development. Strong, hands-on experience with C# and ASP. NET / . NET. Solid experience working with SQL Server and relational databases. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating 3rd party services. Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications. Good working knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm. Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins or GitLab. Understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code and modern deployment strategies. Practical experience integrating AI technologies, including AI agents or AI services, into development workflows or applications. Experience working with production systems and understanding of scalability, reliability and security. Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2+ level). Fluent Polish communication skills (minimum B2+ level). Senior-level autonomy, ownership and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-havesKnowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Angular. Background working in regulated, compliance-heavy or high-availability environments. Experience with observability and monitoring tools. Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies. Previous experience taking ownership of applications from development through to production.
