Product Designer

We're looking for a Middle Product Designer to join the CS MONEY product team.
In our team you'll influence not just the interfaces but the product itself. We talk to our users a lot: we run interviews and research and look at the data before moving to mockups. We expect you to spot problems, come up with hypotheses and drive solutions to results. We welcome any initiative that makes the product and our processes better.

What you'll do

• Design and develop user flows and interfaces for the marketplace: catalog, item pages, purchase and trade flows.
• Run interviews and user research to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Form hypotheses and design solutions based on data and the context of the task.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and help improve its components.
• Work closely with product managers, developers and analysts at every stage, from problem definition to launch.
• Regular communication design work for in-product promotions and special projects: promo pages, landing pages and on-site banners.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a product designer at the Middle level.
• Hands-on experience with interviews and user research.
• The habit of understanding the problem first and only then moving to the interface.
• Strong UX/UI skills and the ability to design clear user flows.
• Experience with an e-commerce product or a complex catalog.
• Confident work with a design system: following the library and paying attention to component variants and states.
• The ability to estimate tasks, plan your work and meet deadlines.
• Ownership: you drive tasks within your area and flag risks early.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to a design system.
• Experience with product metrics and measuring results after launch.
• Communication design experience: landing pages, banners, promo pages.
• Interest in video games or experience with gaming products.
• Knowledge of CS2 and the CS2 skins market.
