Inbound Sales Closer (Remote, US Market)

Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading supplier of premium glass and aluminum structures for residential and commercial projects across the USA. Our clients include SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and many others.

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to crush it in the US B2C market!

If you have native-level English and love a fast pace, this is for you. We provide a massive flow of hot inbound leads and incoming calls - your job is to handle phone negotiations and close deals fast.

We offer uncapped commission, rapid graded growth, and a high-performing team culture.

Employment Type:

- Full-time 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, NY (EST).

- Remote work.

- B2B contract (sole proprietorship status or corporate entity).

Highlights:

Unlimited Earnings: No cap on your income; earn as much as you sell!

Training: Comprehensive product training for 7–10 working days.

Ramp-Up Bonus System: New hires start with a transparent deal-based bonus structure, where targets are based on closed deals rather than revenue.

Flexible Growth Path: After around 6 months, successful Sales Representatives may choose to move to an uncapped commission model or continue with the Ramp-Up Bonus System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close Hot Inbound Traffic: The company provides you with inbound leads dropped into your pipeline daily. No cold calling - just pure closing.
• Crush the Phone: Expect a high volume of calls and communication with US clients: pitching, handling objections, and closing deals, backed up by quick text/email follow-ups.
• Own the Price Negotiation: Run commercial terms and pricing within company rules, crush price objections, and push to increase the client's budget.
• Learn the Product Inside Out: Master the technical side of our custom glass products so you can confidently answer any client question and eliminate doubts.
• Keep HubSpot Clean & Organized: Run a spotless pipeline and treat the CRM as your single source of truth. Log every call with detailed notes, update deal stages in real time, set clear next steps and follow-up tasks, and zero out your daily tasks. CRM data is regularly reviewed, so accuracy and discipline are part of the job.
• Close Deals and Secure Deposits: Drive high-energy communication with US buyers to lock a prepayment, close the deal, and hand the project off to the Project Management team.

Requirements

• English: C1+ / near-native spoken English for daily calls with U.S. clients.
• Sales Experience: 2 - 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in closing roles. Nice to have: experience in consultative sales.
• Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
• U.S. Market Experience: Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and explain product value clearly. Ability to handle client objections professionally and confidently.
• CRM Discipline: Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Product Learning: Ability and willingness to learn a technical/custom product in detail.
