Short Summary:
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence, serving as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process for the supply chain organization.
- Partner with Procurement and Operations leaders to evaluate supplier contracts and capital equipment purchases.
- Build and maintain financial models to track unit economics and inventory metrics.
- Analyze variances between actual and forecasted spend, recommending corrective actions.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership.
- Lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for supply chain capacity.
- Create a lifecycle management program with the business.
- Partner with Accounting for accurate capitalization and cost allocation.
- Improve and automate financial reporting processes.
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including exposure to supply chain finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience partnering with procurement and operations teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, or data center environment preferred.
