Short Summary:
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence, focusing on expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure. The MEP Construction Manager will ensure the successful delivery of advanced infrastructure projects, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities for both direct hires and subcontractors.
- Ensure MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes.
- Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and construction deliveries.
- Develop and implement execution plans, including detailed schedules and logistics.
- Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning efforts.
- Travel as needed (up to 50%) to oversee multiple project sites.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of field experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with knowledge of industry codes and standards.
- Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in construction management software like Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
