Short Summary:
Crusoe is expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S. and is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee all phases of construction for large-scale, mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out
- Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety
- Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
- Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
- Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
- Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
- Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
- Ability to travel ~30%
