Short Summary:
Crusoe is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly experienced Driver & Warehouse Specialist to support both driving/delivery and warehouse operations across local facilities in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a box truck between Tulsa 1 and Tulsa 2 to transport, deliver, and pick up products, averaging ~4 runs daily, 15 miles each way.
- Secure loads and ensure accuracy against manifests and customer invoices.
- Load and unload deliveries using a pallet jack or manual handling.
- Maintain the assigned truck, perform daily safety checks, and operate responsibly.
- Participate in general warehouse activities and material handling duties.
- Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirement:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (No CDL required).
- Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles, with a strong background in both driving and warehouse environments.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
- Demonstrated ability to load, strap, and secure cargo.
- Dependable, safety-conscious team player with strong communication skills.
